コンソール接続†

コンソール接続後、adminアカウント（パスワードなし）によりログインを行い、パスワードの変更を行う。

FortiGate-50E login: admin

管理アドレスの設定†

LANポート（Port1～5）は"lan"と定義されており、固定アドレスとして 192.168.1.99/255.255.255.0 が設定されている。こちらのアドレスを変更（192.168.1.251）する。

FortiGate-50E # config system interface 
FortiGate-50E (interface) # edit "lan"
FortiGate-50E (lan) # set ip 192.168.1.251 255.255.255.0
FortiGate-50E (lan) # next
FortiGate-50E (interface) # end

リセットボタンの有効化†

リセットボタンが無効化されている場合、リセットボタンが押下されると以下のメッセージが表示される。
内容の通り、起動時に60秒以上リセットボタンを押下し続けることで解除することができる。

Reset button has been disabled, please press the button during the first 60 seconds after a power-cycle.

工場出荷状態に戻す（物理ボタン）†

起動時にリセットボタンを押下し続けることで、工場出荷状態に戻すことができる。
ややタイミングが難しいため、コンソール接続をしながらリセットボタンを押すと操作が上手く行きやすい。

電源に接続し、リセットボタンを押下し続ける
